ShohozBibaho's leadership wanted to move beyond the typical matrimony-site UX (long forms, public profiles, weak matching). They needed a privacy-first product where biodata stays gated until both sides express interest, with matching that surfaces compatible profiles instead of an endless scroll.

We rebuilt the matching layer around a multi-factor compatibility score (preferences, family criteria, lifestyle), gated all biodata behind explicit mutual interest, and added a VIP tier with human-assisted matchmaking. Stripped the form down so first-time users complete a profile in minutes, not hours.

Shipped a clean, privacy-first matrimonial platform with a tiered membership model and human-assisted VIP service. The COO publicly recommended Avaton as a development partner — citing professional communication and on-spec execution.
