How we built it
Dackoo's founder wanted to launch a regional crypto exchange — spot trading, P2P, and a hot/cold wallet system — without spending 12+ months and seven figures on a traditional exchange build. The hard part wasn't the UI; it was the order book, settlement, and custody architecture under regulatory scrutiny.
We assembled a small senior team and split the build into three tracks running in parallel: (1) matching engine and order book in a low-latency service, (2) custody layer with hot wallets for liquidity and an air-gapped cold storage workflow, (3) P2P escrow with local payment rails. AI agents drafted scaffolding and tests; senior engineers owned every line that touched funds.
Took Dackoo from zero to a production-ready CeDeFi exchange — order book, P2P with local payment methods, copy trading, and a custody pipeline — in months, not years. Launched on schedule and continues to expand pairs and features.
